The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> (Resolution R-06-3 8) <br /> 4. The Water Supply Facilities.Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time <br /> of payment. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 5. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of.the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal <br /> of verification. <br /> 7. A hydrologic analysis prepared by a registered civil engineer shall be submitted for review and approval. The <br /> analysis shall demonstrate the runoff from the proposed development will be detained such that it will not <br /> exceed the existing runoff. A fee to review the analysis shall be required. If the proposed design utilizes <br /> detention basins,they shall be fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum <br /> design depth is 18 inches or more. Required detention capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil <br /> engineer, licensed contractor or licensed architect prior to release of Building Permit for the project. If the <br /> proposed runoff exceeds the existing runoff, it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that a current <br /> will-serve letter from the Caltrans for storm drain service for this development is on file prior to applying for a <br /> building permit. Additionally,the current owner of the property will be responsible to ensure that there is <br /> capacity in the system at the time of issuance of a building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 8. The construction phase of the proposed project shall follow the practices in the County "Small Site Storm <br /> Water Management Plan." <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control District(209- <br /> 982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.Best Management <br /> Practices (BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.)
