CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL -2- <br /> BUFFALO TANK CORPORATION <br /> SA-93-0011 <br /> 6 . A permit shall be required from the Fire Warden' s <br /> Office prior to the installation and use of the two <br /> 1, 000-gallon above-ground fuel tanks. <br /> 7 . A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, <br /> respecting the right-of-way width of State Route 26, <br /> shall be installed along the frontage of the parcel. <br /> The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by <br /> driveways and walkways. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1020 . 9{al ) Planting and irrigation details shall be <br /> consistent with Section 9-1020 of the Development Title <br /> and be installed prior to initiation of the use. <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $1, 996. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Service Commercial" in the Stockton area. <br /> The fee will be reduced by the credit of $1, 102 . 00 per <br /> 1, 000 gross square foot of building for the former use <br /> of "Manufacturing" . The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 2 . The driveway access and drainage to State Highway 26 <br /> shall be approved by Caltrans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 3 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will <br /> be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> (The fee currently is $244 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square <br /> foot of building as "Service Commercial" . The fee will <br /> be reduced by the credit of $97 . 00 per 1, 000 gross <br /> square foot of building for the former use as <br /> "Manufacturing" . The fee shall be automatically <br /> increased on January 1 of each year at the rate of 6 . 9 <br /> percent. An additional 3 .5 percent shall be added to <br /> the fee upon payment for processing and administering <br /> the program. <br />
