SA-93-11 OF BUFFALO TANK <br /> CORPORATION (C/O DEATS CONSTRUCTION CO. ) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to replace a <br /> legal, non-conforming use (a steel tank manufacturing and storage <br /> facility comprised of storage buildings, office, shop, and sales <br /> building) with a utility contractor ' s office and storage yard. <br /> The project site is located on the north side of Fremont Street, <br /> 600 feet east of Beyer Lane, east of Stockton. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> 1. This approval shall be for the establishment of a <br /> utility contractor ' s office and storage yard using <br /> existing buildings and improvements . <br />
