Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-93-11 <br /> 2 . The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 3 . Storm drainage run-off for the approved use shall be <br /> discharged into the existing terminal drainage system. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135 . . 3 {bl) Storm <br /> drainage run-off shall not be discharged onto adjacent <br /> properties. <br /> 4 . A minimum of eleven (11) automobile parking spaces <br /> shall be provided for the approved use. The size and <br /> location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with <br /> the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development <br /> Title. The spaces and all automobile maneuvering and <br /> driving areas shall be installed prior to the <br /> initiation of the approved use and shall be permanently <br /> paved with concrete or asphalt concrete and be <br /> delineated. Bumper guards shall be provided where <br /> necessary to protect structures or properties . There <br /> shall be no truck or automobile parking associated with <br /> the approved use on State Route 26 . <br /> 5 . A maximum of one (1) freestanding sign and one (1) <br /> wall-mounted sign shall be permitted as a part of this <br /> approval. Sign details shall consistent with Chapter <br /> 9-1710 of the Development Title. <br /> 6 . A permit shall be required from the Fire Warden ' s <br /> Office prior to the installation and use of the two <br /> 1, 000-gallon above-ground fuel tanks. <br /> 7 . A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, <br /> respecting the right-of-way width of State Route 26 , <br /> shall be installed along the frontage of the parcel. <br /> The strip shall be continuous except where crossed by <br /> driveways and walkways .
