d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, <br /> or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department.
