-2- <br /> COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within 60 days, and the <br /> Conditions of Approval are met within six months from the date of this approval letter. <br /> d. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the building <br /> permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE: Stone water drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern <br /> and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage <br /> calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> f. LOADING AND UNLOADING AREA: A loading/unloading area shall be provided on site. <br /> This area shall be large enough to allow the loading, unloading, and maneuvering of trucks <br /> without impeding the circulation pattern. <br /> g. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes <br /> (automobile and truck) shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used <br /> for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. <br /> Aggregate base may be used for outside equipment storage areas. <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (3) Parking spaces shall be provided per the following: <br /> (A) Phase 1 parking shall include a minimum of eight (8) parking spaces for the <br /> custom agricultural manufacturing operation, including one (1) van <br /> accessible space (parking standards for custom agricultural manufacturing <br /> are 2 spaces/1,000 square feet of building) (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.3), and twelve (12) spaces for the recycling building, including one (1) <br /> van accessible space, as shown on the plan submitted March 3, 1999. <br /> (B) Phase 2 parking shall include twelve (12) spaces, including one (1) van <br /> accessible space, as shown on the plan submitted March 3, 1999. <br /> (C) Phase 3 parking shall include eleven (11) spaces, including one van <br /> accessible space, as shown on the plan submitted March 3, 1999. <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide <br /> and twenty(20)feet long.
