Recommendations <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Approve Revisions of Approved Actions application No. PA-1200123 with the findings and <br /> revised conditions of approval contained in the staff report. <br /> Findings <br /> 1. There are changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of such map no longer <br /> appropriate or necessary. <br /> This finding can be made because under current Development Title regulations for the AGAO <br /> zone (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum), parcels may be served with a private septic <br /> system, an individual well, and on-site drainage. Presently, the parcels are developed with <br /> agricultural uses and currently use a septic system and well sized by the Environmental <br /> Health Department and have on-site natural drainage. <br /> 2. The amendments do not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of the property <br /> This finding can be made because the present fee owner is the applicant and this application is <br /> a benefit to the present fee owner. Moreover, an Revisions of Approved Actions application <br /> does not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of the property. <br /> 3. The amendments do not alter any right, title, or interest in the real property reflected in the recorded <br /> map. <br /> This finding can be made because the Revisions is only to remove a note from a parcel map for <br /> developed property.
