The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance. (C. C.R. , Title 24) (2) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (C.C.R. , Title 24) C. Existing elevation certification is required with all permit applications for structures located within the 100 year flood zone. d. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards published in Public Work design standards. (Section 10. 203 UFC) The access road must be fully improved to these standards prior to any final inspection. e. Obtain a building permit for the installation of the storage building. 5. FRENCH CAMP FIRE DISTRICT a. The storage of pesticides shall be in accordance with Uniform Fire Code Article 80 Section 101, 80 . 301 Division 3 , and National Fire Protection Association Title 43D Section 2-6, 20-7 , Appendix A A-1. b. Pesticides kept inside of the building shall be stored in accordance with U.F.C. Article 80 Section 80. 301, 303 , 303 (c) N. F.P.A. Title 43D Section 3-1, 3-3 , (spacing, fire sprinkler system) .
