SA-92-62 <br /> OF ELIE VERSCHLIESSER/CLARENCE HARTSOG <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> This is a Site Approval Application for a refrigeration, heating <br /> and air conditioning trade school for 80 students, ranging in age <br /> from 18-55, and 10 staff members. Located on 3 . 37 acre parcel <br /> north of Woodson Road, west of State Route 99 , and east of State <br /> Route 99 West Frontage. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements.
