DC Memo <br /> SA-92-0062 <br /> Page 2 <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading. Storm drainage run-off shall be retained on- <br /> site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted for <br /> approval. A plan check fee will be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 3 . An acoustical study detailing the 60 db Ldn contours on <br /> the parcel shall be submitted to show that the placement <br /> of the structures can meet the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 1025.9 (c) (2) of the Development Title which require that <br /> the noise level shall not exceed sixty (60) db Ldn at <br /> three (3) feet from any of the building exterior walls. <br /> 4 . Parking requirements: <br /> a. A total of fifty-six (56) parking spaces shall be <br /> provided and shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Included in the total parking spaces shall be two <br /> (2) handicapped parking spaces. The size of the <br /> parking spaces shall be consistent with the <br /> requirements of Section 9-1015 . 5 (b) of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> b. The parking lot design and dimensions shall be in <br /> accordance with Table 9-1015. 5 of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> C. All parking spaces and driveways shall be <br /> delineated with paint. <br /> d. All parking spaces, driveways and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be paved and permanently maintained with <br /> asphalt or cement. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> where necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br /> properties. <br /> e. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than <br /> twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. <br /> 5. Landscaping: <br /> a.
