d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee <br /> is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, <br /> R-94-185, and R-97-5) <br /> e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> f. Applicant shall file all Permit Registration Documents (PRDs) with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB) to state the intent to comply with the State "General Permit for Storm <br /> Water Discharges Associated with Construction Activity". A State Central Valley Flood Protection Board's Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for work <br /> done on Lone Tree Creek's channel and within 30 feet of the top of its banks. <br /> i. All new structures shall be setback a minimum of 30 feet from the top of banks of Lone Tree <br /> Creek. <br /> j. A permit application for a proposed new community water system under the jurisdiction of the <br /> local primary agency designed to serve 200 or more service connections shall be submitted to the <br /> State Water Board.
