Hazelton Ave
Stockton Ca,95205
Mr. Sanfilippo
The property located at 514 French Camp Road is in the process of obtaining a land use permit for
Agricultural Truck Parking. I feel that the county should bring this issue before the area home owners. To
start with, there has been remodeling on the house. The question is, was it permitted?A driver pulled
out with a truck and trailer into oncoming traffic and 3 cars from the east and 2 cars from the west. All
five cars had to brake and stop for this driver.Another time, another truck driver repeated this same
issue. They have parked in the wrong direction on more than one time. Going southeast on French Camp
Road the speed limit is 35 miles per hour through French Camp. Then after railroad tracks going
eastbound at about have a block the speed limit goes to 50 miles per hour and that is about%a block
before their driveway. On several times I have watched cars pass going east as quick as they cross the
railroad tracks. Now lets factor in the fog! Factor in 5-10 miles per hour over the speed limit!
A County street sign was knocked over in the last 2 days. I have seen 6 sets of trucks o or out front of the
property. Plus the property is a major fire hazard! A speed limit sign of 50 mph was taken out going east
in front of 514 French Camp road.
Sincerely,
n
Bob Pico
