State law requires that land use within airport <br /> LOOI, <br /> MANTECA, areas of influence must conform to the Airport Land Use Plan. <br /> RIPON, <br /> STOCKTON. The location of this project for the agriculture truck parking for one(1)truck and two(2)trailers <br /> TRACY, <br /> (APN/Address: 177-070-45: 596 E.French Camp Road,French Camp)falls within the Horizontal Zone <br /> ANO <br /> THE COUNTY OF of the Stockton Metropolitan Airport's Area of Influence. Few restrictions are necessary for projects that <br /> SAN JOAQU IN fall %within this zone. However, development on this land must adhere to the standards outlined in the <br /> 1993 amended Airport Land Use Plan. The standards pertinent to this zone includes,but are not limited, <br /> to the following: <br /> > Proposed dumps/landfills should be evaluated to ensure they will not present a bird hazard to aircraft; <br /> > The use of non-reflective materials,transmissions, and visual distractions to pilots; <br /> > Radio transmissions that would interfere with aircraft communications/navigation are not permitted; <br /> > Residential uses are permitted if insulated to reduce interior noise to a level no higher than 45 dB; <br /> > A Deed of Avigation and Hazard Easement is recorded in favor of the Airport Operator when new <br /> residential land use involves 5 or more units; and, <br /> > Proposed schools that are to be located within a 2-mile radius of an airport must undergo a review by <br /> Caltrans Division of Aeronautics and the State Department of Education. <br /> In addition,the property owner should be aware of the potential need to file FAA Form 7460-1 <br /> entitled Notice of Proposed Construction or Alteration. This form can be accessed from <br /> w-%Nlv.faa.gov/arp/ace/faaforms.htm and sent to FAA,P.O.
