Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066) that this <br /> development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development <br /> Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 10. Increased drainage from the development shall be retained on-site by a retention basin in <br /> conformance to San Joaquin County Standards. Floodwaters from the new retention <br /> basin shall be metered to ensure that effluent from the existing drainage outfall structure <br /> during a one hundred year flood event is not exceeded. The retention basin shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plans. The 3,560 square feet mini warehouse adjacent to the southerly right-of-way line of <br /> future Sperry Road shall not be permitted until the specific plan is accepted by the <br /> County. <br /> 13. The 10,220 square feet mini warehouse adjacent to French Camp Road shall not be <br /> constructed until the final alignment of French Camp Road has been accepted by the <br /> County. <br /> 14. The temporary parking area to the east of the mini storage buildings Shall not may be <br /> allowed.
