The other employees use Mr. Fisher's trucks to go to the job sites. <br /> Mr. Martin informed Mr. Fisher that if he thought the number of required parking spaces were <br /> too excessive then Mr. Fisher could indicate why in a letter, and staff would review it and <br /> possibly reduce the parking spaces. <br /> Ms. Mueller reviewed the Development Committee memo. <br /> Ms. Mueller informed the applicant that there is a compliance date because the case is under <br /> enforcement. The Improvement Plan must be submitted by June 8, 2001, and all conditions shall <br /> be met by August 1, 2001, the expiration date of this approval. Ms. Mueller indicated to Mr. <br /> Fisher that the Improvement Plan needs to show how the applicant is going to meet the <br /> requirements. Mr. Martin informed Mr. Fisher that the Improvement Plan is what they are <br /> referring to in the Building Permit Application as the Site Plan, and that it will need to be <br /> prepared by an Engineer. <br /> Mr. Darrow indicated to Mr. Fisher that his project may not fit the scale that the code requires. <br /> Mr. Martin asked how long the employees were at the project site.
