Leanne Mueller, Assistant Planner; Monte Seibel, applicant, Steve Dalton, Fire Prevention <br /> Services were present for this item. <br /> Ms. Mueller presented the project. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed site Approval and has <br /> determined that the project cannot be approved due to the inability to make Finding Number 1. <br /> Mr. Siebel inquired if there was any way an exception to the General Plan could be made to <br /> approve the project being that it is housing for Senior Citizens. <br /> Mr. Martin and staff discussed options that Mr. Seibel might consider taking. <br /> Mr. Darrow informed the applicant that if there are four or greater buildings then they will need <br /> to be handicap accessible. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division's requirements. -_ - <br /> ` <br /> 11:00 a.m. 4. REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTIONS APPLICATION FOR <br /> CM USE PREMIT APPLICATION NO. UP-94-10 OF A.G. SPANOS <br /> CONSTRUCTION, INC. A Revisions of Approved Actions request to <br /> change the compliance date (condition I.n.) from May 15, 2001 to May <br /> 15, 2004 for an Approved Use Permit application for an 18 hole public <br /> golf course on a 340-acre parcel. Located on the north side of Eight Mile <br /> Road, east of existing driving range, west of Stockton(APN: 066-280-01; <br /> Address: 6301 West Eight Mile Road, Sockton). <br /> Chandler Martin, Senior Planner; Jerry Sperry, Spanos Construction, Inc.; Bob Zipf, Senior <br /> Building Inspector were present for this item. <br /> Chandler Martin presented the project. <br /> Mr. Zipf indicated that the tent structure is an illegal use, and will need a building permit. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that if he plans to remove the tent and replace it with a <br /> permanent facility he will need to bring in to the Community Development Department <br /> Site Plans and Improvement Plans. If the applicant wishes to replace the tent pavilion with a <br /> larger facility, a revised application will be required and the project will have to be referred out a <br /> second time. In either case, the tent pavilion must be demolished by mid September. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division's requirements. <br /> Mr. Karam reviewed Public Works Departments requirements. - - - - -- -- - -------------- <br />
