Dykxhoorn Property Page 4 Our Project Number: E07024A March 8, 2007 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board r NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) (January 2007), the Water Purveyors Quarterly Report on MTBE (January 2007), and the Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanups (SLIC) list (151 Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water r Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)4 in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases, and no addresses within one-quarter mile of the subject property were found on the databases. 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department According to Diane Martinez5 of the EHD, no files were available for the subject property address of 6902 E. French Camp Road, Manteca, CA 95336. The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006 and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, dated July 20, 2004 , were reviewed at the EHD on February 13, 2007. No listed sites were found within one-quarter mile of the subject project. 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) website6 was searched on March 2, 2007 in an attempt to determine whether hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. No records were found for the subject property. Paint - No Release French Camp Rd. cross of Castle June 9, 2005 Vehicle Collision involving truck carrying Rd. asbestos. Due to the dates, nature of the incidents and cleanup procedures followed, the _ environmental impact to the subject property from these instances is expected to be minimal.
