The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on February 24,2005 in an effort to obtain copies of pernuts for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property. One permit, dated January 25, 1989, was identified for the (3. destruction of a septic system on the subject property. This permit has been included in Appendix F ` of this report. IL6 DepartmentofOrl, Gas, and Geothermal Resources The California Department of Oil,Gas,and Geothermal Resources(DOGGR)Wildcat map 606"was / reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are l3 depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. I L7 Site Reconnaissance L A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on March 25,2005. Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is attached L to this report as Appendix D. The subject property was observed to be a flat,rectangular,parcel. At the western side of the parcel was a fenced storage area containing a carport,a shed,and two trailers. The remainder of the parcel was vacant land covered in seasonal vegetation approximately two feet tall. A few trees were scattered i` across the property. Within the storage area was a significant amount of surface debris concentrated in the vicinity of the carport and shed,including one drum and several buckets. The storage area was located behind a closed fence and guarded by two dogs,making it inaccessible at the time of the site visit.
