The EHD well and septic permit <br /> files were searched on February 24,2005 in an effort to obtain copies of pernuts for any water wells or <br /> septic tanks on the subject property. One permit, dated January 25, 1989, was identified for the (3. <br /> destruction of a septic system on the subject property. This permit has been included in Appendix F <br /> ` of this report. <br /> IL6 DepartmentofOrl, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil,Gas,and Geothermal Resources(DOGGR)Wildcat map 606"was / <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells are l3 <br /> depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> I L7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> L <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on March 25,2005. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is attached <br /> L to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be a flat,rectangular,parcel. At the western side of the parcel <br /> was a fenced storage area containing a carport,a shed,and two trailers. The remainder of the parcel was <br /> vacant land covered in seasonal vegetation approximately two feet tall. A few trees were scattered <br /> i` <br /> across the property. <br /> Within the storage area was a significant amount of surface debris concentrated in the vicinity of the <br /> carport and shed,including one drum and several buckets.
