NOA specifically disclaims any responsibility for any <br /> unauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> L The subject property is located on Fresno Avenue between Sonora Street and Hazelton Avenue in <br /> Stockton,California. The property consists of a rectangular, 1.01-acre parcel(APN 145-140-07). The <br /> western portion of the parcel is a fenced storage area in which a carport and shed are located. The <br /> ` remainder of the property is vacant land covered in seasonal vegetation and scattered trees. <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site', the subject <br /> L property is zoned R-L, low density residential. This zoning designation "is intended to provide for <br /> neighborhoods consisting of detached,single-family residences located within or immediately adjacent <br /> to population centers which have public services." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix tL Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LAccording to Ms. Bobby St. Mary, the subject property will be split into dire lots for residential use'. <br /> -/- [?
