Bumper guards shall be provided where <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[e]). <br /> 3). Parking spaces and maneuvering areas for truck and trailer rigs shall be <br /> surfaced with gravel and/or aggregate base. <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> 1). Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case <br /> shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) <br /> feet wide (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h]). <br /> 2). Any gate, other than gates for pedestrian use only, shall be set back or <br /> recessed a minimum of ten (10) feet from the property line unless there are at <br /> least sixteen (16) feet between the property line and the edge of the traveled <br /> roadway, in which case the setback requirement is waived (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022.31f]). <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). Parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2). Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. NOISE: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1). Noise levels from stationary noise sources shall not exceed the noise level <br /> standards specified in Table 9-1025.9, Part II (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1025.9[b][21). <br /> 2). No amplified sound shall be permitted after 10:00 p.m. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public <br /> rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside <br /> storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main <br /> buildings (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]). Screening of agricultural <br /> materials is not required. <br /> j. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development <br /> Title and be included on the Site Plan. All portionslof any sign shall be set back a <br /> minimum of five (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut- <br /> off(snipe).
