BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-GRADING BUILDING PERMIT'. <br /> This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading <br /> (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST' for details). A fee is required for the Site <br /> Plan review. <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a boarding stable for a maximum of twenty- <br /> five (25) horses as shown on the Site Plan dated ------- 2003. (Use Type: Stables- <br /> Commercial)The following buildings and structures shall be permitted with this <br /> approval: <br /> 1). One 15,600 square foot covered arena with thirteen (13) stalls. <br /> 2). One 1,320 square foot farm labor mobile home. <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new <br /> improvements shall be retained on the site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). A minimum of ten (10) parking spaces shall be provided.
