Martin <br /> 690 West Frewert Road, Lathrop <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to the project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Destruction or proper sealing the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e) <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)) <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator <br /> and discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered engineer. The material <br /> collected in the above ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous <br /> constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may be obtained from <br /> the Environmental Health Division.
