The drainage pattern and corresponding <br /> storm drain improvements must be shown on.a revised Site'Plan Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect must be included. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1135) <br /> Parking <br /> The parking requirement for the Agricultural Waste Use Type is 2.5 spaces per 1000 <br /> square feet of building. The application lists 7,392 square feet of building coverage. This <br /> indicates the need for eighteen spaces, including one van accessible handicap parking <br /> space. (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland <br /> cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided <br /> when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[e]) <br /> Access <br /> Access driveways must have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> Adequate spacing around and between the windrows will be required by the Lathrop- <br /> Manteca Fire District. <br /> Fire Suppression <br /> In order to commence construction beyond the foundation stage or storage of buildings, <br /> requirements for emergency vehicle access and adequate water for fire suppression <br /> must be provided in accordance with Section 901.3, Section 902.2.1, Section 903.2 and <br /> Section 8704 of the 2001 California Fire Code. A revised site <br /> plan must be submitted that omits the mobile home as the office.
