MS-92-80 <br /> OF MARGARET CORNELIUS (C/O DON SIMONICH) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This is a Minor Subdivision Application to subdivide a 2 . 1 acre <br /> parcel into two 1 acre parcels as a result of the approved <br /> Variance Application, VR-92-1. There will be a 25-foot easement <br /> across the north parcel for access to the southerly parcel. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire two (2) years from the date of approval <br /> unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the <br /> Surveyor ' s Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements.
