A Parcel Map is required. (Planning Title Section 9-9112) <br /> 2 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $1, 069 . 00 per single family dwelling unit. If <br /> there is no building permit required, the fee will be exempt. <br /> The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year at the rate of 6. 9 percent.
