The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. Service <br /> shall be provided by the Linden county Water District. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 5. The frontage improvements for Front Street shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a fifty(50) -foot right-of-way Residential Street. The construction of the frontage improvements will <br /> be deferred,upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A <br /> $740.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of <br /> the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1 &2 and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall <br /> be prepared by a registered civil engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option, <br /> the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an additional fee of$315.00.) <br /> (The fee due will be based on the current fee schedule)(Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d][3]) <br /> 6. The low area across the project frontage shall be paved with Asphalt graded so as to allow for drainage prior <br /> to approval of the Parcel Map.
