The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 5. The frontage improvements for Front Street shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a fifty(50)-foot right-of-way Residential Street. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 7. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable.
