b. Submit three sets of detailed kennel construction plans to the Environmental Health Department <br /> for review prior to construction. The Environmental Health Department has specific requirements <br /> for kennel construction. A plan check fee of$186.00 is due at the time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> c. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee, and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> d. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the requirements of the <br /> Environmental Health Department shall be available for washing food preparation equipment, <br /> bathing of animals, and washing down shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> e. All liquid and solid wastes and vector problems associated with this kennel operation are to be <br /> retained on the premises so as not to cause a nuisance or a health problem.
