MrJ -06-2005 08 : 10 PM MEISCH 2093399549 P. 03
As a neighboring property owner of the project location, approval of this permit would be
a grave injustice to me and the other surrounding property owners that have animals,
control them, and abide by the limitations put forth by the county.
With the disregard Suzanne exhibits concerning current issues as stated above, I feel that
allowing a kennel of any size and for any reason will only generate more issues of
disregard to the limitations of the number of animals allowed, increase the barking that is
now out of control, and I have a great concern that the kennel, if approved will not only
be used for personal use but will be opened for commercial use. Current issues are being
disregarded and/or uninforced. I am fearful of what the issues may become if this kennel
is approved.
I moved to the country to enjoy my animals and the peace and quiet the comes with
living in the country. I don't enjoy listening to neighboring dogs bark out of control or
having to chase them back home so they don't run into my fenced yard that house my
dog. As of the past several years, that privilege and right has been taken from me.
I ask that this application be declined.
Further more, I will continue to address the issues of out of control barking, number of
dogs, and the animals running loose off the owners property, with the San Joaquin
County Animal Control.
Thank you for your attention in this very important issue.
Sincerely,
Keith Meisch
Doreen Meisch
