The estimate shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineerwith a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Departmentof Public Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. As <br /> an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $115.00. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1150.2) <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is$148.90 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. (Resolution R-96-592) <br /> f. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> g. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this <br /> developmenthas addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for Development <br /> Projects. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Ted Norgard,468-3443) <br /> a. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study which indicates that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to acceptanceof the application as required by <br /> Development Title Section 9-1105.2(d). A review fee of$390.00 must be paid at the time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or the EPA design manual for on-site wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> C. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate <br /> a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Division(Development <br /> Title 22, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> d. The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial,and technical capability to <br /> ensure delivery of pure,wholesome,and potable drinking water in accordance with <br /> Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9,CCR,Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Sections 116525 through 116570. <br /> e. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separatorand <br /> discharged to an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the aboveground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specifictest <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A$156.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> f.
