State the number of acres of <br /> land used for disposal and crops planned for application areas (show locations of land on <br /> map). Describe harvesting and crop disposal procedures. Describe the mixing ratio of <br /> wastewater and supplemental irrigation water prior to application, and describe the tailwater <br /> control and return system. (Note: Discharge of wastewater to fallow land is not an acceptable <br /> method of disposal). <br />
