By constructing one (1) 130; Monopole communications tower,
there is the potential to locate up to five (5) carrier's antenna arrays on the tower in lieu of one
individual site for each.
This collocation tower project is not based on speculation. Each group of sites is researched to
determine which carvers are licensed for the area and where they are in their deployment. SBA
locates in areas that the carriers have indicated they want to be. The projects are based on sound
research that a high demand for tower sites will emerge in that area in the near future. The
emerging wireless carriers will offer PCS, two way paging, wireless Internet, wireless local loop (local
wireline phone service residential/commercial), wireless data transmission (1—AN/WAN) and a
multitude of new technologies still on the horizon.
By utilizing existing towers, these carriers will realize substantial cost savings while the local
jurisdiction realizes a reduction in the number of new facilities.
Specifically
SBA Leasing,Inc. ® 2386 Fair Oaks Blvd. 93 Suite 110 481-6095 0 (916) 481-6098 Fax © www.sbasite.com AA
