The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 78 to 79 feet NGVD. <br /> Drais Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> State Highway Route 4(Farmington Road)has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width as determined by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
