b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemicals Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. The irrigation well on Parcel 2 must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division by eliminating the existing cross connection from the well <br /> to the standpipe. <br /> e. Construct an individual domestic water well on Parcel 2 under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> f. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Parcel 2 under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code,the subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and <br /> hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, or <br /> proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, <br /> or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 <br /> of the Government Code. <br /> 4. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Merge Parcel 2 with Lot 11 of Foley Tract. <br /> b.
