Also present at the meeting were <br /> Mrs. D'Alonzo, Kent Kibble (Caltrans Maintenance Superintendent), Steven Stolp <br /> (Caltrans Maintenance Supervisor) and Johnny Yoakum (San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services). We agreed to the following: <br /> I. Caltrans will remove the waste from the State's property and place it back <br /> on your property in the area designated to Caltrans by you and <br /> Mr. Yoakum. <br /> 2. Caltrans ti=rill not seek cost recovery pursuant to California Vehicle Code <br /> section 23113. <br /> 3. The abatement plan that we have agreed to is subject to staff approval by <br /> the State Water Resources Control Board. <br /> Caltrans is agreeing to remove the manure from the State's property with the good faith <br /> understanding that you will no longer dispose of waste in the State's right of way. <br />
