.i .,Od <br /> Flag City Design Guidelines <br /> Chapter 3-Implementation <br /> SECTION 3.1 <br /> FLAG CITY DESIGN GUIDELINES IMPLEMENTATION <br /> 3.1.1 Application Process <br /> • Any discretionary or ministerial permit for development in Flag City will be <br /> subject to design review by the Community Development Department. Such <br /> review will be part of the normal permit process. <br /> 3.1.2 Design Review <br /> • The Community Development Department will review the application for <br /> compliance with the Flag City Design Guidelines. The project will either be <br /> deemed in compliance, or a deficiency letter with a list of corrections will be <br /> sent to the applicant. <br /> 3.1.3 Amending the Design Guidelines <br /> • Any significant amendments to the Flag City Design Guidelines will require a <br /> Special Purpose Plan Amendment application. <br /> • Minor amendments may be made administratively by the Director of the <br /> Community Development Department. Minor amendments shall be limited to <br /> the following: <br /> o Correct typographical errors. <br /> o Correct internal inconsistencies, or inconsistencies with the General <br /> Plan or Development Title. <br /> o Improvements to implementation procedures. <br /> o Clarifications that, in the opinion of the Director, do not change the <br /> intent of the Guidelines. <br />
