Radionics manufactured the basic fire alarm control <br /> panel,which is model D7212. The panel monitors manual pull stations, <br /> smoke detectors,heat detectors,sprinkler flow detectors,tamper devices, <br /> and strobe/horn annunciators. Upon detection of a fire event or alarm <br /> condition,the system automatically dials ADT and the local fire <br /> department. According to the documents in the fire pump house,the <br /> system was last inspected and tested January 2005. <br /> Fire Extinguishers Tenant supplied dry chemical fire extinguishers were observed throughout Good <br /> the facility. Tags on selected fire extinguishers indicated the last inspection <br /> occurred in September 2004. As a routine maintenance item,the tenant <br /> should continue maintenance inspections and service provided for the <br /> extinguishers. <br /> Hydrants Fire hydrants are located throughout the property. Good <br /> Specialties <br /> Signage A monument sign for ProLogis Park is located adjacent to the driveway off Fair <br /> of West Commerce Way. Tenant placard building signage is also provided <br /> above each tenant entrance.Dock door numerals are located above the <br /> corresponding dock opening. <br /> Equipment A tenant-owned and maintained compressor is located outside the Good <br /> northwest comer of the building in a metal cage. <br /> Loading Docks The building contains a total of 24 dock door openings. Good <br /> The east building elevation contains 20 4-foot dock high 9'by 10'dock <br /> openings each equipped with steel overhead doors and levelers,as well as <br /> 4 12'by 14'ramped drive in dock doors with steel overhead doors <br /> Truck Court Depth The east loading dock area includes a concrete truck apron at the dock Good <br /> and Maneuvering doors,which extends 60 feet out from the building. The spaces are located near the main office <br /> entrances and are located on an accessible exterior route. <br /> Curb Ramps Sidewalks are sloped at approximately 8.3%next to the accessible parking Good <br /> in order to provide access to the sidewalk. <br /> Exterior Accessible A level concrete sidewalk provides an accessible route from designated Good <br /> Route accessible parking spaces and sloped sidewalk portion to the storefront <br /> entrance. <br />
