Patterson Pass Business Center, Building#6 ES <br /> Tracy, California <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> At the request of Pond, Robinson and Associates, R. D. Boyens Engineering conducted <br /> a seismic risk evaluation of the subject industrial building. The evaluation consisted of a <br /> site observation conducted on January 19, 2005, a seismic hazard assessment, a <br /> seismic risk evaluation, and the preparation of this report. <br /> The subject building is a single-story industrial/warehouse building with exterior pre-cast <br /> concrete tilt-up walls. A built-up membrane protects the panelized wood and steel roof <br /> framing. <br /> There were no conditions affecting the structural components observed during the site <br /> observation that require correction. <br /> The Probable Maximum Loss (PML) at the project has been estimated as: <br /> PROJECT PML=13% <br /> 05005.01 R.
