Items requiring deferred maintenance or remedial repairs were <br /> identified. Other work items are anticipated based on the future condition of the materials and <br /> building systems in use at the facility. A detailed listing of the recommended work items is <br /> presented in Sections 2.0-A and 2.0-13. Items identified as requiring action are identified as either <br /> "Current Work Items"(Year 1) or"Anticipated Work Items" (Years 2 through 10).
