An Irrevocable Offer of Dedication of a 5-foot wide strip along the right-of-way adjacent to <br /> Myrtle Street shall be required across the frontage of APN: 157-343-02. The Irrevocable Offer <br /> of Dedication shall be made on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5(b)) <br /> 3.
