(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Richard Spear APN: 059-210-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California <br /> 94129-1250, telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. <br /> The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Golfview Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 to 45 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. <br /> The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
