Recommendations <br /> Action <br /> It is recommended that the Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Approve the Negative Declaration;and <br /> 2. Approve the request to add two truck parking spaces to the parking lot of an existing <br /> religious assembly facility. <br /> Findin s <br /> 1. The proposed use is consistent with the goals; policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, <br /> any applicable Master Plan, Specific Pian, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan <br /> adopted by the County. <br /> The establishment,maintenance, and operation of the use does not conflict with the <br /> General Plah because the proposed use(truck parking as an accessory use) in the <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions application is consistent with the AIG General Plan <br /> designation,which in tum is permitted in the AG-40 zone. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities, roadway improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other necessary <br /> facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related to existing and <br /> proposed roadways. <br /> Adequate utilities,access roads,sanitation,drainage and other necessary facilities have <br /> been provided,and the proposed Improvements are properly related to existing and <br /> proposed streets and highways because all utilities, improvements, and other facilities are <br /> existing or will be provided as reflected in the approved improvement plan. All parking <br /> S spaces,driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete <br /> to provide.a durable, dust-free surface.. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development. <br /> • The property involved is of adequate size, 10 acres, and shape to accommodate the <br /> proposed use and all yards, building coverage,setbacks, parking areas, and other <br /> requirements of this Title. <br /> 4.
