UP-96-06 OF SINGH, DHARM (16101 W GRANT LINE ROAD <br /> TRACY) (APN: 209-190-16). <br /> The applicant is proposing to expand the existing parking lot to accommodate the <br /> parking of two (2)trucks at an existing 170 person neighborhood temple. The parking <br /> will be used on a temporary basis to allow visitors of the temple to pray, receive a meal <br /> and rest before continuing on their truck driving route. The trucks will have a separate <br /> entrance to the property and will not enter through the existing parking lot intended for <br /> other vehicles. The two (2) trucks will park directly west of the existing 3200 sq. ft. <br /> garage. <br /> The site is located on the north side of Grant Line Road, 1,260 feet east of Hansen Road, <br /> Tracy. This item is tentatively scheduled to be heard at the Planning Commission meeting <br /> of April 19, 2001. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the Revision of Approved <br /> Actions request for UP-96-06 and responses from other agencies and will be <br /> recommending that the Planning Commission approve the project subject to the <br /> following recommended Conditions of Approval: <br /> The Revision of Approved Actions for Use Permit Application No. UP-96-06 was <br /> approved by the Planning Commission on . The effective date of approval is . This <br /> approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary <br /> building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits <br /> from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements <br /> shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any <br /> building permits.
