9 <br /> (3) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located <br /> as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the 'tow <br /> away'sign, at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., <br /> Title 24). <br /> {4) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking <br /> spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g)[41) <br /> f. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way <br /> width of Grant Line Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways,walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Six trees shall be planted and evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br /> g. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed.use will change the occupancy from a U-1 occupancy to an A-3 <br /> or A-2.1 occupancy (U.B.C. Section 502).
