FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of NFPA 1231 of the . The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.
