[ J <br /> C'� <br /> x <br /> Development Committee -3- <br /> (1) , All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust <br /> free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br />! (Development Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (2) A minimum of 56 parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including 3 accessible spaces. ( .33 spaces are required <br /> for every person. ) (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.3) <br /> (3) - The- Construction Site Plan shall indicate' the <br /> following: <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> spaces shall be located as -close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.-P.R. , Title 24) . <br /> i <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away". sign at each entrance or <br /> visible from each space '(C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.Rr', Title 24) . <br /> (4) One bicycle parking rack --or storage device is required <br /> for every 20 parking spaces. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.7) <br /> e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot <br /> and security lighting shall be installed. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[g] ) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed' to confine direct rays <br /> to the premises. No spillover beyond the property <br /> lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall <br /> " not cause a hazard to motorists.
