LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per Califomia-Gode of Regulations,Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7. <br /> (2) A minimum ten (I(Y) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of W. <br /> Grant Line Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site.
