Grant Line Rd., Mountain <br /> House) <br /> ACTION: On November 3, 2022, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved A 2-Year Time <br /> Extension for previously approved Use Permit No. PA-1800159 subject to the enclosed Conditions of <br /> Approval. <br /> On October 13, 2022, the Board of Supervisors granted an automatic 2-year Time Extension for all planning <br /> applications that are in approved status,with the exception of minor subdivisions, major subdivisions,and quarry <br /> operations. This project applied for a Time Extension prior to its expiration date, which kept it in active status; <br /> therefore, it has been granted a 2-year Time Extension. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by any interested party. Appeals <br /> must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $6,548.35. The 10-day <br /> appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on November 13, 2022. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval by July 21, 2024.
