For comer lotsIn the <br /> Specific Plan III olanninra area, comer lot dimensions and setbacks shall be as per Table <br /> 9-310.3MCP. For comer lots in other areas of Mountain House,the following provisions <br /> shall be applicable: <br /> (a) For comer lots in the R-L zone,the minimum lot width shall be fifty-five(55)feet. <br /> (b) For comer lots in the R-M zone,the minimum lot width shall be forty-five(45)feet. <br /> (c) For comer lots in the R-MH zone,the minimum lot width shall be forty-five(45)feet. <br /> 5 <br />
