(d) For comer lots in the R-H zone,the minimum lot widths'shall be sixty-five(65)feet. <br /> Section 7. Section 9-830.2M,Chapter 9-830M of the Mountain House Development Title <br /> of the County of San Joaquin, is hereby amended,to read as follows: <br /> Section 9-830.2M Permitted Zones. Second Unit dwellings shall be permitted eAly4n <br /> the R-VL, R-L. R-M and R-MH zones. Second unit dwellings may be permitted in the AU- <br /> 20 zone,provided the underlying Master Plan designation is RIVt_., R/L, RIM or RIMH. <br /> Section L Section 9-830.5M,Chapter 9-83OW the Mountain House Development Title <br /> of the County of San Joaquin, is hereby amended by amending Subsections(a)and(g),to read <br /> as follows: <br /> Seation 9-830.5M Development Requirements. <br /> (a) Size of Unit. <br /> I (1) The second unit dwelling shall not exceed sever eight hundred(Z800)square <br /> feet of floor area in R;VL, R-L, RM and R-MH zones, <br /> (2). Within the AU-20 zone,the second unit dwellings are allowed`if the underlying <br /> Master Plan designation is RNL, R/L. R/M or R/MH and the second unit does not <br /> exceed five hundred (500)square feet of floor area.. <br /> (g) Building Permiti. If a second unit dwelling is to be constructed on as lot that has <br /> been designated on a Second Unit Dwelling Pian to serve as a site for the second <br /> I unit dwelling,or the second unit Owe-Iling is'n I!2 the stru r the primaDt <br /> residential <br /> ,the building permit for said second unit dwelling sW s ` be issued <br /> concurrently with the building permit for the primary.dwoing on the lot. In such <br /> instances,the final inspection for the second unit dwelling shall take place <br /> concurrently with the final inspection for the primary dwelling. <br /> Section 9. This Ordinance'shall take effect and-be in force thirty(30)dwp. after its <br /> adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen(15)days from the passage thereof,shall be <br /> published once(1)in The Record,a.newspaper of general circulation published.in the County of <br /> San Joaquin,State of California,with.the names of the,members of the.hoard of Supervisors <br /> voting for and against the same. <br /> 6 <br />
